    I attended this carwash on June 21 at 3.40pm. Three men sitting around with no cars to wash. I was denied a service because I was told that it takes about 45 minutes to was the car and they don't have time. As I was leaving I realised the 3 men were being slack and didn't want to do anymore work. I called the man over to my car and asked again why he wouldn't clean my car and why they were denying me a service. He advised he wasn't. I told him I would make a complaint and he went begging to me to change my mind and they would clean my car. I didn't bother. In a nutshell, dishonest and a lack of integrity for staff at this carwash results in a lack of trust from the customer. They probably would have done a dodgy job for the cost of $80. Slack, slack, slack. I highly recommend the Magic Carwash on Cranbourne Rd across the road from the cemetery in Frankston. They have coffee and provide an impeccable service including customer service. I wish I could remove the 1 star because you don't deserve it. THEY SHOULD BE SACKED. A MOST DISGRACEFUL SERVICE TO BE DENIED A SERVICE.
